1. General Overview

AndroMarkets Ltd., a duly registered financial services entity under the jurisdiction of St. Lucia, is pleased to announce the commencement of the “Sign Up & Win Lucky Draw Campaign” (hereinafter referred to as “the Campaign”). This initiative is structured to promote user engagement by offering participants the opportunity to be selected as prize recipients through a randomized draw mechanism, contingent upon compliance with all outlined eligibility and procedural conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation in the Campaign is strictly limited to new clients who, during the campaign period, successfully register a bona fide real trading account with AndroMarkets.

2.2 To be deemed eligible, the participant must satisfactorily complete all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and ensure that account verification is concluded no later than 14th August 2025.

2.3 Each individual shall be entitled to a single campaign entry. Any attempt to create or use multiple accounts, or engage in identity manipulation through falsified documentation, will result in immediate and permanent disqualification.

2.4 This Campaign is null and void in territories or jurisdictions where such promotional activities are prohibited by law or regulatory restrictions.

2.5 All participants must have attained the legal age of majority (18 years or older) as of the date of account registration.

3. Entry Criteria

3.1 Eligible participants who fulfill the account registration and KYC verification criteria within the campaign period will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw without the necessity of any additional action.

3.2 Entries will be considered final and irrevocable as of 23:59 GMT on 14th August 2025.

4. Lucky Draw Prizes

A total of 100 distinct winners shall be determined via a randomized draw. The prizes shall be distributed as delineated below:

• Gift Tier 1: 1 Winner – Dubai Tour (2 nights) + $2,000 Tradable Bonus

• Gift Tier 2: 1 Winner – Laptop + $1,000 Tradable Bonus

• Gift Tier 3: 1 Winner – Smartphone + $500 Tradable Bonus

• Gift Tier 4: 17 Winners – Ear Buds + $200 Tradable Bonus

• Gift Tier 5: 80 Winners – AndroMarkets Gift Package + $100 Tradable Bonus

5. Winner Selection

5.1 All eligible participants will be entered into a randomized electronic draw to determine the Campaign winners.

5.2 The official list of selected winners will be publicly announced on 1st September 2025 through AndroMarkets’ designated communication platforms, including its website and verified social media channels.

5.3 Winners will be notified individually using the contact credentials provided during the account registration process.

5.4 Should a winner fail to respond to notification within seven (7) calendar days, or should delivery of such notification be unsuccessful, AndroMarkets reserves the right to rescind the prize and nominate an alternate recipient from the remaining eligible pool.

6. Prize Terms

6.1 The Dubai Tour encompasses roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodation for one individual for a duration of two (2) consecutive nights. Visa acquisition, government levies, and any related travel documentation are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6.2 No awarded gift may be exchanged for cash or equivalent monetary value. However, AndroMarkets reserves the right to substitute any physical prize with an alternative of comparable or greater market value, subject to availability and regional delivery constraints.

6.3 Tradable bonuses are classified as non-withdrawable credits intended solely for margin use within the trading platform. While the principal bonus amount remains nonredeemable, profits derived from trading activities utilizing said bonus may be withdrawn, provided that:

• - No withdrawal is initiated during the bonus utilization period;

• - In the event of any withdrawal action, whether partial or full, the bonus shall be deemed nullified and will be irrevocably removed ("burned") from the trading account.

6.4 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be assigned, pledged, or otherwise encumbered to any third party without express written consent from AndroMarkets.

7. Disqualification & Abuse Policy

7.1 Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent conduct, including but not limited to account duplication, identity misrepresentation, or circumvention of regional eligibility restrictions, will be summarily disqualified from the Campaign and may be subject to further investigation.

7.2 Any abuse or attempted manipulation of the Campaign’s mechanics shall result in forfeiture of all associated privileges and prizes, and AndroMarkets shall retain the right to pursue appropriate administrative and/or legal remedies.

7.3 The Company retains full discretionary authority to disqualify participants and void associated entries at any stage, without prior notice, should any breach of Campaign conditions be identified.

8. Campaign Modification

8.1 AndroMarkets reserves the unilateral right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without prior notice, due to operational exigencies, legal obligations, or any circumstances deemed beyond its control.

8.2 Amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed effective upon publication via the Company’s official channels.

9. Legal Governance

9.1 This Campaign shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction of St. Lucia.

9.2 All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of St. Lucia.

9.3 Participation in the Campaign constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any ancillary policies as published and amended by AndroMarkets.
